The unit funding relies on a mixture of public and private sources, corresponding to highly competitive calls. In particular, funding from the industry and private sector in the reference period was higher than 2 M€, which represents about 20% of the total funds. Most of those contributions come from the railway sector, but there is also a significant contribution from the medicine and energy areas.
